About the Founder
In 2018, Sarah Woehler Hale, MA, established The Interrelate Project aiming to cultivate insightful discussions on relational dynamics through her podcast, featuring conversations with esteemed relationship experts. Since its inception, The Interrelate Project has evolved into a coaching consultancy where Sarah extends tailored guidance to couples and individuals navigating various relationship transitions, from breakups and divorce to the intricacies of online dating and subsequent marriages. This dedication to relationships also includes supporting individuals and families grappling with addiction.
Sarah’s debut book, "How to Change Your Life," published in 2022, draws inspiration from her own journey of seeking transformation after the end of a decade-long marriage. Offering practical advice and tactical tips, the book serves as a comprehensive guide for initiating personal change, addressing the diverse facets of transformation one may encounter, whether transitioning out of a marriage or embarking on a new career path.
